QiGong

What is QiGong?

Simply it is the art and science, both ancient and modern, of how energy moves in the human body, the natural environment and our intersperonal relationships.  Qi means energy and Gong means skill or virtue obtained with practice over time.

Mostly QiGong is known as a movement art that uses slow-graceful movements synchronized with breath to create increased circulation in the body.

However QiGong is also the way we eat and how we derive energy from food.  Qigong inlcudes our home and how energy flows there.  QiGong is also the way we manage our own emotional and relationships.

The core is a daily practice of movement and breath, foods that yield clean energy in your body and awareness of your emotions through daily meditation.
